Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to log in, you can click the Forgot Password link on the login page.
In the pop up window, enter the email address associated with your account, and click Send Password Reset Email.
Check your email for a Password Reset email from Sococo, and you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
If you're logged into Sococo and wish to reset your password, click the "Hamburger" icon to expand the Options pane.
Select User Management.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password. Enter and confirm a new password. Then click Save.
Tip: Remember, if your organization has SSO enabled, Sococo does not store your password.
