Password reset email has not come through to my inbox

If you requested a password reset, but it has not come through and is not in your spam folder, please go to app.sococo.com in your Chrome browser and click the Help button in the lower right corner to contact Support.

If your company uses a custom Sococo URL with SSO, you should be able to login with your SSO credentials. If you have forgotten this information, you will need to contact your organization's internal helpdesk for assistance.
