Overview
Some avatars might be missing in a Sococo space. It mostly happens due to a long inactivity period, so Sococo stops using network resources and does not refresh the activity on the map. Below you can find steps on how to fix the issue with missing avatars in your Sococo office.
Solution
If you have had a temporary network disconnection, or you did not use Sococo app for a while, or your computer has gone to sleep, or there has been an update to Sococo, or similar, your Sococo space might be missing some avatars.
Step 1. Refreshing your Sococo app
The best way to fix the issue is to refresh the browser or desktop application. It will re-establish all connections and reload the content.
- To refresh the Google Chrome page, click on Reload page button (or use Ctrl+R on Windows or Cmd+R on Mac)
- To refresh the Sococo desktop app, use the keystrokes Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac) on your keyboard. You should see Sococo reload.

Step 2. Review Status Page
There might be ongoing maintenance or an issue on Sococo servers that is causing problems with loading avatars on maps. Testing
