Overview
There are several basic installation requirements needed to have Sococo running properly. Below is a list of supported browsers and operating systems, network, and hardware requirements, needed to run the app.

Always use the latest version of Google Chrome. Sococo supports the current version and the previous major release of Google Chrome. Other browsers are not supported. |
Network Connection with Adequate Bandwidth |
At a minimum, Sococo requires a download speed of 5 Mbps and an upload speed of 2 Mbps. For more information, please review the article on conducting a Network Speed Test. |

App Installation Reminders

When you share your screen for the first time on your Google Chrome, you will be prompted to install a Chrome extension for Sococo.

When using video and audio for the first time, you need to allow Sococo to access your microphone and camera. Sococo prompts a dialog box to provide you this option. You may also manually change camera and microphone permissions to allow access.
- Using Sococo on a virtual machine is not supported and is not a recommended configuration.
