Overview
Sococo Meeting video settings are configured on a Space level. You can update Chime video quality, map view and team view page sizes, and Chime media region for every space. This setting will affect how many videos are visible on the screen during meetings and video quality.

Solution
To configure media settings, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Sococo Menu button in the top-left corner of the app.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Space Settings.
- Find the space you want to configure, and click on Edit icon .
- Open Space Properties section to configure Chime media settings:
- Chime video quality level
- Quality of video for Sococo meetings held in the space (default 352x240 15fps 400Kbps)
- Chime map view page size
- Number of users that can be seen on one page when using Map View (default is 8, the maximum number of video tiles is 16)
- Number of users that can be seen on one page when using Map View (default is 8, the maximum number of video tiles is 16)
- Chime team view page size
- Number of users that can be seen on one page when using Team View (default is 6, the maximum number of video tiles is 16)
- Number of users that can be seen on one page when using Team View (default is 6, the maximum number of video tiles is 16)
- Chime region
- Represents Chime servers region where the Sococo meeting will be hosted and all users will connect to.
- Region settings have the most impact on the quality of the meeting. It should be set as the closest region to most of the users in the space. To identify the best region to set, review the latency to regions here, and select the one with the smallest value. You can also click here to see the RegionID of the region closest to you.

Testing
The changes you make on the view page size will be reflected immediately. Changes to video quality and region settings will take effect the next time you start the Sococo meeting.
