This article walks you through the steps to create a standalone Chrome shortcut straight to Sococo. When opened, the shortcut allows Sococo to run in its instance of Chrome in a separate taskbar icon. This way, you can use Sococo with Chrome and not have it lost among all the other Chrome tabs.
Shortcut Creation Process
While in the Chrome browser, at
app.sococo.com, open the main menu for Chrome (the three vertical dots in the top right corner).
Go to the More Tools option and select Create shortcut. Type a name for the shortcut, or leave it as the default name, which is the title of the web page you are currently on (in this case, Sococo). Mark Open as window to have Sococo in a separate window.
Check your desktop for an independent shortcut to Sococo on your desktop. You can pin the shortcut to the Taskbar or Dock, just like the Sococo desktop app.
Open the app to experience an independent Chrome page, just for Sococo.
