Overview
To join a Sococo space, someone needs to send you an invite first. The invited user receives an invitation email, from where they can join the team by clicking on the Join Now button.
Prerequisites
- The user was invited by an existing member
Solution
To accept the email invite to a Sococo space, follow the steps below:
-
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Join your group in Sococo!"
Note: If you are expecting an invite and did not receive it, refer to Not Receiving Emails for more details.
- Click on the Join Now button in the invitation email.
Note: Make sure you click on Join now button to join the space and not the Log in to Sococo button located at the very bottom of the email.
Oh no! Your free trial has expired. Upgrade your account to keep your team connected!: you are trying to accept an invite to a space that is no longer available because the Sococo subscription has ended or has been canceled after the invitation was sent.
Sorry... this invite has been claimed: the link to join has already been clicked. Refer to Invite Has Already Been Clicked Error for more details.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Join your group in Sococo!"
