Overview
Sococo provides virtual office and classroom maps to meet your organization's needs based on team sizes and room requirements. The spaces vary in capacity from a two-employee huddle room to a larger Agile Release Train project team room. When users are creating a new space or updating the map for existing space, they need to review the details of each space and rooms while making the decision, to be sure that the new map meets the requirements. Once a decision is made on which one to use, one can select the new map for space.

Solution
To select the map you want for your space, follow the steps below:
- Review the list of maps available for selection and find one that suits you the most. The following maps are sorted based on their size (maximum room capacities) and type (offices or classrooms).
- Small Office Maps (2-20)
- Medium-Sized Office Maps (21-49)
- Large Office Maps (50-99)
- Extra Large Office Maps (100+)
- Classroom Maps
Note: For large online events, such as conferences, we have found that the classroom maps offer the best setting.
It is not possible to change the visual representation of Sococo maps in the application. Sococo only allows the configuration of room names. If you are interested in creating Custom maps, please review the article on Custom Maps in Sococo.

Update the map of your space using the Space Settings tool.
Note: every newly selected map will have default room names, that users can update if needed. Room names from the previous map will not be saved.
Testing
The space map will be updated instantly upon the selection of the new map. As soon as you return to your Sococo app, you will see that space has the new map applied.
