Overview
If you are not using the report a problem feature to report an issue, Sococo Support and the Engineering team would need additional information about the error you are facing. To help speed up the troubleshooting process, you will need to share the console log from your browser or your desktop application.
This article explains how you can obtain the console log file that can be sent to the Support team for further process.
Process
- Access your Sococo account in Google Chrome or the desktop app.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Opt + J (Mac) to open Developer tools.
- On the browser, you can also access it from the menu.

- Press the Console button.
- Right-click anywhere on the console screen, and select the Save as... option.
- Share the logs with the Support team.
