Sococo Prod Status page is used to confirm the current operational status of the Sococo application, reported issues/incidents (if there are any), and information about scheduled maintenance. Every identified issue with performance, incident, or outage is visible on the Status page with the resolution progress.
The Sococo Prod Status home page shows the current status of the application – if all systems are operational, or any issue is present. You can subscribe to status changes by clicking on the Subscribe button.
Enter your email address and click on the Subscribe button to receive email alerts/notifications regarding Sococo app status updates:
- Any incident or scheduled maintenance will be shown on the Home page, and you will be notified over email if subscribed.
On the Issue and Maintenance History page, you will be able to view all the information regarding past incidents and maintenances. On the homepage, click the History button:
There are three types of statuses for each incident:
|The incident has been resolved.
|The issue has been identified and is currently being fixed.
|The root cause of the issue is being investigated. Further updates will be provided as soon as they are available.
