During account activation, you may receive an email with the subject stating Oops! Unable to Reset Password, if you do not accept the invitation before performing any other step, such as account login or password reset.

Root Cause Analysis
However, if you do not click Join Your Team, but scroll down and click Log in to Sococo instead, the standard login page appears. As you have not created an account yet, you will not be able to log in. In such cases, if you try to reset the password on the login screen, you will receive an email with the following message:
You recently tried to reset your Sococo password, but we can't find an account associated with <email address>. Unfortunately, we can't reset your password. Double-check the email address you entered and try again.
Instead of using the standard Sococo login screen, follow the steps mentioned below:
Open the invitation email.
Enter a new password.
You will be able to log in to Sococo.
