Overview
The first time you start Sococo, you will be offered to watch an introduction to Sococo.
This event should be logged automatically, and you should not see this the next time you log in. In some instances, you might see the introduction to Sococo again. This may occur after you clear the cache on your browser if you are using the Chrome browser, or in the desktop (native) app if you delete the cache folders.
If you see this every time you log in, please follow the next steps.
Solution
This issue could be caused by a lack of caching for your Sococo. If Sococo cannot "save" in the cache the information that you already accessed and viewed this video, it will offer it again, and again.

If you are using the Chrome browser to run Sococo:

Make sure that you are NOT using the Incognito mode (Incognito mode does not use cache and will always show this video).

Check that you do not have any add-ons that disable caching for your pages. If you have, please make sure to exclude Sococo from the "caching restriction."
- Ensure that the “Clear cookies and site data when you quit Chrome” setting is not set to ON. To make sure, please type this in your URL bar chrome://settings/cookies, and press Enter to load Chrome Settings. Then, make sure the aforementioned setting is set to OFF.

For Desktop (native) application, if you are having this issue, it seems that for some reason, your user cannot "write" to the cache folder. The solution for this would be to reinstall the application using the Admin privileges.
