When you are using audio in Sococo, you can mute or reduce volume for other applications by changing settings in Sococo.
However, this is not a Sococo feature, but an option related to the operating system that you can set up (or is set up by default).
This article describes the process of maintaining the volume for other audio sources.
Check your Sococo audio settings:
In your Sococo application, select the settings (gear) button in the top right corner.
Check the Audio and Sounds settings. If you are using Communications as your selected device, this could be causing the issue.
Update it to Default, Headsets, or Speakers as per your preference.
If you want to keep the Communications as your selected device, update the sound settings on your operating system:
For Windows OS, navigate to Control Panel > Sound.
In the Communications tab, select the Do nothing option.
Click Ok and then click Apply.
After you make these changes, if you still face the sound reduction/mute issue when using Sococo, restart your computer.
