To be able to see the Billing option and access the Billing menu in the Sococo application you need to have an Administrator role.
For some customers on the legacy platform, the Billing menu will not be available even if the user has the Administrator role.
We have updated to a new billing platform. However, users on legacy pricing plans have not been migrated to the new subscription system.
