The easiest way to fix the issue is to fully reinstall the Sococo app to exclude any possible issues with the current Sococo installation.
Perform a full reinstallation of the application.

Test if the application is working correctly after reinstallation.
If the application still crashes, check the Event Viewer for details.

If the Event Viewer shows that there are issues with the system files, use the System File Checker (SFC) to scan Windows and restore your files.
After scanning and restoring your system files, test the application if it is working.
