Overview
The application does not allow canceling subscriptions from the Settings page. If you want to unsubscribe from Sococo, you need to reach out to the Cancellations team and discuss the termination process. According to the Sococo Terms of Service, you are required to provide written notice of your intent to cancel your subscription at least 60 days prior to the end of your current subscription. This means you must email the Sococo Success team a minimum of 60 days before your next renewal date.

Term & Termination
Subscription Term
The term of these SaaS Terms will continue until the termination of the last Quote. Subject to the termination rights herein, the term shall automatically renew for the same term period as the term indicated within the then-current Quote at Service Provider’s then-current rates, unless Customer notifies Service Provider in writing of Customer’s intent not to renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
Termination by Service Provider
These SaaS Terms and any rights created hereunder may be terminated by Service Provider: (i) if Customer fails to make any payments due hereunder within fifteen (15) days of the due date; (ii) on
thirty (30) days written notice to Customer if Customer fails to perform any other material obligation required of it hereunder, and such failure is not cured within such thirty (30) day period; or (iii) Customer files a petition for bankruptcy or insolvency, has an involuntary petition filed against it, commences an
action providing for relief under bankruptcy laws, files for the appointment of a receiver, or is adjudicated a bankrupt concern.
Termination by Customer
These SaaS Terms may be terminated by Customer on ninety (90) days written notice to Service Provider if Service Provider fails to perform any material obligation required of it hereunder, and such failure is
not cured within ninety (90) days from Service Provider’s receipt of Customer’s notice or a longer period if Service Provider is working diligently towards a cure.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination of these SaaS Terms, Customer shall no longer access the Software and Customer shall not circumvent any security mechanisms contained therein.
Other Remedies
Termination of SaaS Terms will not limit either party from pursuing other remedies available to it, including injunctive relief, nor will such termination relieve Customer’s obligation to pay all fees that have accrued or are otherwise owed by Customer under these SaaS Terms.

. They handle these types of requests and will schedule your cancelation based on ToS.
Note: You do not need to contact us for the cancelation of trial accounts, only for accounts with a subscription. Trial accounts will be closed after the trial period.
