Root Cause Analysis
If your Sococo application starts opening, but it is not loading the map, you may have issues with your connection, or your account cannot log in to Sococo for any reason.
To determine the root cause of the issue, you need to review the Console logs. You can review the article Obtaining Your Console Log for complete information on this process.
If you see the 401 (Unauthorized) error, at the end of the line
GET https://app.sococo.com/user/...", it means that the user cannot connect to the app with the currently saved credentials.
Ask one of the Administrators of your Sococo space to force the password for your account to expire. This action requires a change to your password upon your next sign-on.
If you still have issues, ask the Administrators to review and reduce the password requirements until you get access.
