In some cases, starting a Zoom meeting through the Sococo desktop app takes time, and the meeting starts with a delay. In some cases, that delay is up to two minutes. As Zoom integration was implemented only recently, there are still some issues that our teams are working to fix. This article provides a workaround for the issue with Zoom meetings opening with delays.
To reduce the time that Zoom takes to open a meeting through Sococo, try the following steps:
- Restart the Sococo application.
- If that does not fix the issue, initiate a full reinstallation of the app.
If you keep having the same issue with the Zoom application, please use the Report a problem feature to seek Support. This will collect additional information about the issue, and we will forward the logs to our Development Team to help us in fixing the issue.
