Overview
Sococo's Zoom integration requires users to log in using their Zoom credentials. Some users may be unable to close the sign-in prompt due to a connection error when using a previous version of the Sococo application (with old cache files).

Process

Install the latest version of the application and clear the cache folders.

Restart your operating system.
Confirmation
After restarting your computer, Zoom's sign-in prompt should close after providing your credentials. If you are still experiencing sign-in issues, please reach out to Sococo Support for further assistance.
