Sococo can have issues with not loading avatars, and only presenting empty maps on the floors. It can be caused by an outdated desktop version, cache issues or network issues. This article provides information about the issue and steps on how to resolve it.
If you are using the desktop version of the app, check if you are using an outdated version of the app and update it if you are.
- Check your Desktop version.
- If you are not currently running the latest version, manually update to the latest version.
Make sure to clear the cache the folders when you are updating the version.
If you are using the browser version of the app through Google Chrome, try using the Incognito mode to see if the issue is affected by cache and cookies. If space is loading fine on the Incognito, clear your cache.
If you can see the issue on Incognito mode in your Chrome browser, check the following:
- your firewall (network) is blocking Sococo traffic and cause the issues.
- check the Sococo Status page for a possible maintenance window or any issue.
If the issue is still present after you tried all the steps, Report a problem to our Support team with the description of all the steps you did, and our team will look into this further.
