Overview
As you are using a trial version, and you love Sococo, you want to upgrade your Sococo account to a paid version to be able to continue to use your virtual environment. This article will provide steps on how to upgrade to full paid account.
Prerequisites
Only users with Administrator privileges for your Sococo organization can complete the upgrade.
Process
To complete the upgrade, follow next steps.
- Click the Hamburger menu icon in the top left corner to expand the Options pane (or click on Upgrade directly).
- Click on Settings.
- In the Administration section, click Billing.
NOTE: If you cannot see the Billing option, make sure that you have Administrator privileges in the Org. - Under Billing schedule, click on Upgrade.
- You can See Pricing plans.
Note: The prices above might be outdated. Please review the prices on the app. - Set the number of seats you need, and the Billing schedule (annual or monthly). You can see how many seats are currently occupied, and pricing for every schedule, based on the plan and number of seats. Press Continue to Checkout.
- Add your billing address and press Next.
- Enter your payment details. Press Next.
- You have successfully upgraded your account.
