You can see some shared screens from others, but not all of them?
You cannot share other Chrome tabs as you are using Sococo in the same Chrome?
If you are working from a Chrome browser session, run Sococo in its own window - as in separate Chrome browser instance. You can just move the tab away from your current Chrome window.
This way you can share other browser-based apps from a separate window.
You cannot use the Screen Share feature on your Desktop app?
Test if the app is working fine on the browser. If you see no issues there, your app is most likely outdated or there are some caching or other issues on the app, so you need to reinstall it. Review all troubleshooting steps here.
Content not being updated for some shared app screens?
You are having a hard time organizing your screens and camera when you share?
Arrange your shared application window to be side-by-side with your Sococo window to keep an eye on your team’s videos and maintain a personal connection while presenting.
Alternatively, you can utilize a second monitor to display Sococo.
You can share your Sococo app screen, but not other applications nor desktops?
Sococo does not show me all apps when I want to share.
You are seeing a shared screen that is showing the infinitive number of the same screens?
This is called the Infinitive Windows Effect, and it occurs when you select to share the same screen where you are seeing what you are sharing.
This is not a bug, it is expected when you share screens this way. Please review steps to avoid the Infinite Windows Effect.
