Users can get stuck on an empty window to choose a space to enter when they log in, with a note "Where to, boss?" and no spaces on the list. If members are not connected to any space, an empty window appears when logging into Sococo.
This issue occurs in the following situations:
- When a user is invited to a new space, but they log in instead of accepting the invite
- When a user is removed from all spaces
- When all spaces that a user is a member of are deleted
If you do not have an invite email, please reach out to your colleagues and ask someone to invite you to space again. It is possible that someone accidentally removed you from space, admin deleted the space, or they all moved to a different space and forgot to invite you.
Once you accept the invite to space, you will be able to log in and enter the space. If you are having issues accepting the invite or you are unable to enter space even after you went through all the steps, please follow up on a ticket with Support explaining in detail the issue you are having and all the steps you tried.
