New Sococo members can get an error that something went wrong when they are joining Sococo. The error is received when clicking on the Verification link in the email users receive when they join Sococo.

This is a known issue with the invitations where the verification process is not working properly for a user or there are multiple users created on the system using the same email address.
To have this issue resolved, you need to follow up on a ticket with Support and make sure you provide the following information there:
- Email address for the user who has received the error.
- Org and Space name(s) that the user is invited to.
To resolve the issue, a Support Agent will delete the current invitation for the user and invite the user to the listed space(s) again. A new email will be sent to the user to accept the invite and verify the account.
After user accepts the invite and verifies the account, they will be able to login to Sococo without issues. If the user is still having issues with the verification, please follow up on a ticket with Support including all the details of the issue with screenshots of the error.
