Overview

To use the Sococo app, you need to log in first. The login screen shows up when you start the desktop app or go to the Sococo web app.

Prerequisites

To access the Sococo space, you need one of the following:

• Sococo desktop app
• Google Chrome web browser

Solution

The login screen is the same for the desktop app and web app versions of Sococo. To log in to Sococo, depending on the login method you are using, follow the appropriate steps below:

1. Go to Sococo web app / Start the desktop app
2. Use the preferred login method
   • Login using the Sococo credentials - enter email, password, and click Log In
     
   • Login using Slack integration - Click More ways to log in and select Log in with Slack

   • Login using Enterprise/SSO login - Click More ways to log in and enter the Custom Subdomain
     
     This method is available if the account has SAML/SSO enabled and subdomain configured.

Testing

When you enter the correct credentials, you will either see the space map and all the avatars present, or get the "Where to, boss" prompt asking you to select the space you want to go to if you are a part of multiple spaces, and you do not have the home room configured.

If you have forgotten the credentials, you can reset your Sococo password.
