Overview

Meetings are a great way to collaborate and communicate with members of your team. Users can join a Sococo meeting taking place in a room at any time, as long as the room's door is open.  

Prerequisites

• The Organization has not reached the Media Limit for the month.

Solution

Step 1. Go to the room where the meeting is being hosted. 

As soon as you enter the room, you will be able to see and hear other members who have enabled their media features, as well as see any screens that are being shared. 

Setup 2. Turn on your microphone and video.

To be able to participate in the meeting, you need to turn your microphone and video on. Entering the room while the meeting is taking place will not enable your media automatically. 

Testing

After joining a Sococo meeting, you will be able to communicate through audio and video with your teammates. Additionally, your avatar will indicate the features that you have enabled and it will blink whenever you are speaking.
