Overview

To get a closer view of the people in a room or see the entire office plan, you can zoom in or out of the map. This article provides different ways to accomplish this.

Solution

Step 1. Use the mouse scroll wheel

To zoom in on a specific room or section of the map, click and hold the left mouse button to move the map so that the room is centered. Then, release the mouse button and scroll upwards.

To zoom out, scroll downwards. To center the map correctly, click and hold the left mouse button to move the map.

Step 2. Use the Zoom to Room and Show Entire Map options

To zoom in or out, right-click on the room label or anywhere on the room area and select Zoom to [Room name] or Show Entire Map options.

Testing

With any of the options in the Solution section, you will be able to zoom in or out the office map. If you are not able to, there might be an issue with the application. Refer to Troubleshooting Application Issues for more details.
