This article provides information about getting a copy of your invoice for your Sococo subscription.
Users with administrator privileges can review and update the billing details of their Sococo subscription, including their Billing History. However, if:
- Your Sococo subscription has ended and you are not able to log in
- You can't find an invoice for a specific date
- The billing menu is not displayed
You can request a copy of your invoice from the Success team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
