Sococo has a great support team that is always ready to help you with issues you encounter while using the application. While support is provided in English, Google translate is used to assist our global customers as best as we can. This article provides the different channels you can contact Sococo Support.

The following are the different ways that you can contact support when you can't find a suitable solution to your problem in our Knowledge Base.
- Via chat in the Sococo application. If there are no agents available to chat, you will be able to send an email instead.
