This article provides information about updating the billing contact of your Sococo subscription.
- To request the update, the user must have administrative privileges.
All administrators in an organization will receive emails from Sococo related to embedded media use and notifications about reaching the maximum number of seats on the subscription. However, billing emails and invoices will only be sent to the billing contact, usually the user who originally set up the account.
To modify the billing contact, please contact our Success team at
firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be able to update this information in the billing platform.
