Overview

Every room in a Sococo space has a limited capacity. This article provides the steps to find the maximum number of users that can enter a room at the same time for a specific space.

Prerequisites

• Moderator or Administrator role

Solution

1. Click on the menu  button at the top-left part of your app.
2. Click on SETTINGS > Space Settings.
3. Under Space Management, identify the map that has been selected for the space.
   
4. Locate the map in the lists of available maps. 
   
   • Small Office Maps (2-20)
   • Medium-Sized Office Maps (21-49)
   • Large Office Maps (50-99)
   • Extra Large Office Maps (100+)
   • Classroom Maps
5. Each list will provide a description of the map and will display the capacity of each room.
