Sococo status lets anyone in the same workspace know what is on your mind or what you are working on. The status field can be used to indicate your location, Zoom ID, your shift schedule or any other information that will make collaborating and communicating with you easier.
Your teammates can hover over your avatar and see your availability—whether you’re free to touch base, away from your desk, in a meeting, and more.
This article shows the steps on your Sococo avatar status, and how you can change it.
To modify the status for your avatar, follow the next steps:
Click the Status button in the top menu of your Sococo Map.
Type your availability message in the Message field.
Select an icon from the Icon dropdown menu to go along with your message. This icon will be displayed floating over your avatar in the Sococo Map.
Once done setting an icon and typing a message, click SAVE to apply the changes.
You can also select one of our pre-written suggested statuses from the dropdown menu.
After clicking Save, the status icon that you selected plus the availability message will be the avatar's status until a new one is set. There is no expiration for status messages.
