This article provides information on the policies regarding your space that can be modified by Support.
Sococo has default policies in place for all accounts at the time they are activated. Some of these default policies regarding your Sococo space can be overridden by Support as the need arises.
If you want to turn on one of the policy exceptions listed below, contact Sococo Support.
- Provide a list of space names in your Organization requiring different policy settings.
- Someone on our Support Team will set them for you and notify you when the settings have been changed.
|Disable Guest Access||When activated, the option to invite guests is not available anymore.|
|Disable Local Chat History||The chat history will not work, even if enabled on the space level by the moderator.|
|Ignore Room Limits||The application does not follow the default room limits, and an unlimited number of members can be in the same room at the same time.|
|Enable Dial Out||This exception allows you to dial out to the participants.|
|Disable Chat||This option disables chat for the space.|
