Requesting an Invoice

Overview

This article provides information about getting a copy of your invoice for your Sococo subscription.

Information

Users with administrator privileges can review and update the billing details of their Sococo subscription, including their Billing History. However, if:

  • Your Sococo subscription has ended and you are not able to log in
  • You can't find an invoice for a specific date
  • The billing menu is not displayed

You can request a copy of your invoice from the Success team by sending an email to success@sococo.com.
