Overview

When you sign up for Sococo, you provide the name of your organization. This name can be updated. However, it is not possible to change the organization names from the application user interface. This article describes the process to follow when you want to modify your organization name.

To update the organization name, create a support ticket providing the following information: 

• Current organization name
• New organization name
